(syu6 Jyutping / shù in Pinyin) is one of the basic strokes in Chinese characters. It is commonly referred to as the "vertical" stroke and it's always written straight from top to bottom, as its name suggests.

Download the writing sheet to practice 豎 "vertical", along with several characters where it appears in various forms, including 口 "mouth" (hau2/kǒu)、田 "field" (tin4/tián)、中 "middle" (zung1/zhōng)、and 木 (muk6/mù).

You'll need: a colour printer + 2 sheets of A4 or letter size paper. Laminate the writing sheets out for multiple use.

To download: Click "Add to Cart" and follow the check out instructions. No payment necessary. You'll be provided with a link to download the file shortly after.
